AEP Texas donated a total of $2,200 and had employees from the Pleasanton and Pearsall areas participate in Knights of Columbus-hosted golf tournaments in Pleasanton and Devine to support local scholarships and community projects.
Of the total donation, $1,000 was contributed to the Knights of Columbus for scholarships, while $1,200 went to the Devine Knights of Columbus to support community projects.
"The events helped raise funds that directly benefit students and families across the communities AEP Texas serves," External Affairs Manager Jimmy Earnest said.
