AEP Texas supported the Crossroads Heart Walk in Victoria on Saturday, February 7. This year marked the company's seventh year supporting the Crossroads Heart Walk, an annual event that brings families, businesses and health advocates together to promote heart health and stroke awareness through the American Heart Association. 

AEP Texas Regional Affairs Manager Vee Strauss coordinated the leadership that helps organize the Victoria walk each year.

"Seeing the community come together so early in the morning for such an important cause is inspiring," Strauss said. "Heart disease and stroke impact so many families, and we're proud to stand alongside the American Heart Association and our neighbors in Victoria to support education, prevention and healthier lives."
