After ten months of studying leadership skills and community engagement, External Affairs Manager Fred Guerrero graduated from the Chamber of Commerce's Leadership San Angelo course. The course aims to educate citizens about important community issues while encouraging involvement with Chamber businesses.

"This program has truly helped me grow professionally by expanding my understanding of leadership in action and giving me the chance to connect with so many talented individuals in our community," Guerrero said. "Getting outside my comfort zone and seeing different leadership styles has really inspired me to step up my own game and be more intentional about the way I approach challenges at work."

He said meeting so many community leaders made him feel proud to be part of the class and it motivated him to be a better leader.
