In celebration of National Apprenticeship Week, AEP Texas Technical Training and employees from the Laredo Service Center hosted a special Career Day on Tuesday, April 29 - one day ahead of the official recognition date. The event welcomed 30 students from United South High School and provided them with a unique opportunity to experience the utility industry up close.

This collaborative effort brought together employees from multiple departments, including Technical Training, Distribution, Communications, Supply Chain, Metering, Continuous Improvement, Fleet, and External Affairs. The team transformed the service center into an interactive learning space, where each table showcased a different aspect of AEP Texas' operations.
