AEP Texas President & COO Adrian Rodriguez, External Affairs Manager Jimmy Earnest, and other AEP Texas employees attended the 2026 Port of Eagle Pass International Bridge Summit which brought leaders from both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border together to discuss key issues related to cross-border trade, infrastructure expansion, and regional economic development.

Keynote speaker, former Mexican President Vicente Fox, talked about the importance of international trade corridors and the critical role public and private partnerships play in strengthening North American competitiveness. Other topics focused on the continued growth of cross-border commerce and the need for coordinated investment in infrastructure to support increasing demand.
