Stephanie Houle serves as vice president, regulatory and legal affairs for AEP Texas. She is responsible for regulatory and legal activities for AEP Texas.

She joined AEP in 2025 as an Associate General Counsel providing legal support for regulatory matters before being promoting to vice president.

Houle has over 18 years of law experience and has worked for Xcel Energy, Texas Gas Service Energy, OGE Energy Corp, as well as various law firms.

She holds a bachelor's degree in corporate communications from the College of Charleston. She also has a JD from Oklahoma City University School of Law where she received a CALI award (highest grade) in State and Local Government.
