AEP Texas announces temporary lane closure on JFK Causeway
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (April 22, 2024) – AEP Texas announces a temporary lane closure westbound on the John F. Kennedy Causeway Bridge to repair a broken crossarm on a utility pole damaged by fire. The lane closure will take place from midnight to 4 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24.
Motorists should expect to see two large work trucks along the causeway and are advised to plan their routes and adhere to any traffic signage near the worksite.
Please note no interruptions to electric service are expected during the time of restoration.
