AEP Texas hosted a Wildfire and Electricity 101 presentation as a reminder for first responders to keep electrical safety a priority.

AEP Texas lineworker Fred Bouvier is accustomed to responding when people need help. That instinct was on full display when he joined first responders and fellow Good Samaritans to help rescue five people from a burning plane in Laredo.

When a small plane crashed in Laredo, AEP Texas Line Crew Leader Fred Bouvier did not hesitate. 

The event was an opportunity to express gratitude to PAC members for their continued participation.

With the help of donations from the Abilene community, such as AEP’s $2,350 sponsorship, families of all income levels can afford to send their children to Mentoring Alliance.

AEP Texas is celebrating International Women in Engineering Day this month by spotlighting two engineers who hope to empower the next generation of women to pursue careers in engineering. 

The AEP Texas Meter Revenue Operations team energized summer campers with lively demonstrations, offering kids a hands-on introduction to the utility industry. 

The grant will help expand programs and resources for individuals and families affected by Parkinson's disease in Laredo.
