Over a dozen AEP employees came together to support the community at the Junior League of Abilene's League of Trucks event. From transmission to distribution trucks, AEP crews showed up for some of the smallest members of the community as children of all ages came to see eight of the company's trucks up close.

Throughout the event, children learned about the multiple jobs each truck is used for. Some of the trucks AEP brought to the event were a mobile crane, bucket trucks of varying sizes, and a few diggers. Children were able to view the trucks up close and even sit in the driver's seat to honk the horn.

Louie the Lightning Bug also attended the event and handed out goodie bags with coloring books and other AEP Texas merchandise.
