AEP Texas contributed $50,000 to the Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show to help the organization continue providing educational and agricultural opportunities for young people across the Rio Grande Valley. Representatives attended the show's annual Sponsor Appreciation Night on July 31 to recognize the organization's supporters.
The event featured dinner, dancing and recognition of organizations that support the livestock show and its mission.
Weslaco Distribution employees Robert Don Perez, Angel Flores, Paul Abeldano and Rick Prieto represented AEP Texas at the event.
